FARRIS SUKKAR
I work with high-responsibility people who carry a great deal internally and are beginning to feel the strain.

Many of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful, and outwardly composed. They manage complex responsibilities and perform well under pressure. Over time, however, sustained demand begins to accumulate in the nervous system.

My work focuses on training steadiness under pressure -- developing the capacity to meet demanding circumstances without chronic reactivity.

You can see the pattern -- but the reaction still wins.

SIP is a short self-guided practice for interrupting stress earlier -- at the level of body sensation, before it becomes automatic reaction.
